Return Policy :
I have received an incorrect order. What should I do?
- If you have received a product that you did not order, please do not accept the product. Return it as per the guidelines mentioned in our return policy.
I have received a damaged product. Now what?
- If you receive a damaged product, please inform us at email@example.com with your order number and an image of the damaged item within 24 hours of the delivery.
- We will replace the product as per the process mentioned in our return policy.
Can I return a product ordered on penandpencil.in?
- We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from penandpencil.in.
- However, if in an unlikely event such as the product delivered was damaged or the product was not as described at the time of purchase, you can request for its return via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you with the steps to return the product.
- Return will be reviewed and honored up to 15 days from the date of order delivered.
- penandpencil.in will process the replacement of the order after the purchased product reaches us.

How should I return the purchased product?

- Mention your order number on a paper or attach the original invoice
- Seal the package properly
- Use reliable courier service for any return. Courier charges will have to borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. penandpencil.in will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit.
- If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. Shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount if the order is cancelled after it is dispatched and there is no fault with the product.
- The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.

How can I cancel my order?
